As a bit of fun, the BGS have now got
themselves on the web, so no excuses from any of the team
that they didn't know when the next fixture was on.
The 1st Annual Bodlonfa Cup competition
is due to be played in August 2002. At stake will be not
only the honour of being crowned Bodlonfa Cup champions,
but also the fist bit of silverware in the BGS!
Friday the 23rd August saw
the 8th Annual Charity Golf day at Rhuddlan Golf Club to
help raise funds for the St. Kentigern Hospice in St.
Asaph. Dave Foster entered a team of 4, which included
Chris and Wyn from the BGS and Brian, a work colleague of
Dave's. Apart from Brian, the rest of us had an absolute
nightmare of a game, which is not looking good for the
Bodlonfa Cup. However, we all managed to drown our sorrows
by the end of the night, although by the time we had
finished, my sorrows had learned to swim and it all came flooding
back just how bad we were!!!
But it was all for a great
